Covid-19 measures we put in place throughout 2020/2021
We completed a risk assessment of the site taking into account the pitch sizes and placement, our communal utility area and common touchpoints such as gates, padlocks, electric hookup points.
Hand sanitizers were provided for use on site.
In addition signs with a polite reminder to wash your hands for the recommended 20 seconds or use the hand sanitizer provided, before and after touching the gates, utility area taps, electric hookups points etc
Arrival
Arrivals were greeted one booking at a time and as its all outdoors there is plenty of space to socially distance ourselves comfortably.
Our paper information packs/bus timetables are not longer provided – instead we include weblinks in our confirmation booking email for our website, the local bus timetable and also the VisitYork website. This site has up to date information on York’s many attractions and a WhatsOn page with events happening in and around the city.
Pitches were allocated on arrival with your unit positioned to maximise social distancing between pitches whilst you are relaxing/pottering around outside.
Cash payments accepted.
